Soy Almond Shake:

INGREDIENTS

§  1 scoop protein powder
§  1 cup light soy milk
§  1 tbsp slivered almonds
§  Three drops vanilla extract
§  1 handful ice
§  1 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt

(optional)



Oatmeal Shake:

INGREDIENTS

§  1 cup dry oatmeal
§  2 scoops vanilla protein
§  1/2 tsp cinnamon
§  1/8 cup sugar-free maple syrup
§  1 tbsp chopped almonds
§  1 1/2 cup water or low-fat milk



Cinnamon Roll Shake:

INGREDIENTS

§  2 scoops vanilla protein
§  1/4 tsp cinnamon
§  1/4 tsp vanilla extract
§  1/2 tsp butter-flavor extract
§  1 cup water (or low-fat milk)
§  1 handful ice


Double Berry Shake:

INGREDIENTS:

§  2 scoops protein
§  4 large strawberries
§  1 handful blueberries
§  1/2 cup water
§  1 handful ice
§  Sweetener to (optional)


Banana Delight Shake:
INGREDIENTS:
§  1 cup water
§  1/2 banana (frozen)
§  2 scoops protein
§  2 tsp flaxseed oil
